Salvas Aesthetics – Terms & Conditions

### SECTION 1 — MEDICAL & AESTHETIC DISCLAIMER

All treatments offered by Salvas Aesthetics LLC are cosmetic and elective in nature. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

By receiving services, you acknowledge and agree that:

* You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, and skin sensitivities.

* You understand potential risks including irritation, burns, hyperpigmentation, hypopigmentation, allergic reactions, swelling, bruising, or lack of desired results.

* You accept full responsibility for following all pre-care and post-care instructions.

Failure to disclose medical information releases Salvas Aesthetics LLC from liability.

### SECTION 2 — APPOINTMENTS, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

* Deposits may be required and are non-refundable. 

* Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or cancellation. 

* No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit and/or future booking restrictions. 

* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

### SECTION 3 — PACKAGES & EXPIRATION

Service packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Packages may have expiration periods and must be used within the designated timeframe unless otherwise approved.

Unused sessions do not guarantee refunds.

All laser packages purchased at Salvas Aesthetics LLC must begin within two (2) months from the original date of purchase. If no session has been used within two (2) months, the package will automatically expire and be forfeited in full.

Once the first session has been used, the package must be completed within a predetermined treatment timeframe consistent with the recommended interval between sessions. The maximum completion period will be determined according to the specific treatment protocol discussed at the time of purchase.

Any request to extend a package beyond the designated completion period will be considered solely at the discretion of Salvas Aesthetics LLC. Extensions are not guaranteed and must be approved in writing.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

The only exception under which a package may be honored beyond its expiration date is in the event of pregnancy or documented medical illness. A valid written note from a licensed medical doctor must be provided. Approval remains at the sole discretion of Salvas Aesthetics LLC.

Promotional services must be scheduled and used within three (3) months from the date of purchase. After three (3) months, any unused promotional service will be forfeited and will not be reinstated, credited, transferred, or refunded.

Salvas Aesthetics LLC reserves the right to strictly enforce this policy and to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

### SECTION 4 — LASER & ADVANCED TREATMENT LIABILITY

Laser treatments, peels, nanostamping, microneedling, body contouring, vascular and pigmentation procedures carry inherent risks.

By booking these services, you acknowledge:

* Skin reactions and pigment changes are possible.

* Sun exposure before or after treatment may increase complications.

* Multiple sessions are typically required for optimal outcomes.

Salvas Aesthetics LLC is not responsible for adverse outcomes caused by sun exposure, failure to follow instructions, undisclosed conditions, or external skincare use.

### SECTION 5 — THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROVIDERS

We may offer financing or booking through third-party providers (including but not limited to Cherry, Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, ClassPass, or similar services). We are not responsible for approvals, denials, disputes, fees, payment plans, or policies associated with third-party providers.

Any disputes must be addressed directly with the provider.

### SECTION 6 — PRICING & SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

### SECTION 7 — CLIENT CONDUCT

We maintain a safe and respectful environment. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or unsafe conduct may result in refusal of service without refund.

### SECTION 8 — BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOGRAPHY

With client consent, photographs may be taken for documentation, education, and marketing purposes. Clients may opt out at any time in writing.

### SECTION 9 — PRODUCTS & RETAIL

Retail products are final sale unless defective. We are not responsible for reactions resulting from improper product use.

### SECTION 10 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salvas Aesthetics LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services, products, or website use.

All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific outcomes.

### SECTION 11 — WEBSITE USE

Users may not misuse the website, upload harmful code, or violate any laws. We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse occurs.

### SECTION 12 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
