CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
 
Salvas Aesthetics LLC Cancellation Policy
  • A valid card is required to secure appointments.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may result in a fee up to 100% of the scheduled service.
  • No-shows will be charged up to 100% of the service fee.
  • Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for safety, health, or behavioral reasons.
 
GENERAL TREATMENT CONSENT & LIABILITY WAIVER

By booking or receiving services from Salvas Aesthetics LLC, you acknowledge:
 
  1. We are a non-medical aesthetic business.
  2. Services are cosmetic and elective.
  3. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
  4. You have disclosed all medical conditions, medications, pregnancy status, allergies, and recent procedures.
  5. Failure to disclose health conditions releases Salvas Aesthetics LLC from liability.
  6. You understand risks including but not limited to:
  • Redness
  • Swelling
  • Burns
  • Hyperpigmentation
  • Hypo pigmentation
  • Bruising
  • Allergic reactions
  • Sensitivity
  • Temporary or prolonged skin irritation
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with treatment.
 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Salvas Aesthetics LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability arising from services rendered.
 
LASER & ADVANCED PROCEDURES CONSENT

  • Laser Hair Removal
  • Laser for spider veins
  • Laser for sun spots
  • Intimate bleaching
  • Peels
  • Nanostamp
  • Microdermabrasion
  • Hydrofacial
  • Body treatments
  • Lymphatic drainage
  • Client understands:
  • Laser treatments involve heat and light energy that may cause burns or pigment changes.
  • Sun exposure before or after treatment increases risk of complications.
  • Multiple sessions are required for best results.
  • Hormones, medications, and genetics affect outcomes.
  • Some areas may respond differently.
Client agrees:
  • To follow all pre-care and post-care instructions.
  • To avoid sun exposure as directed.
  • That failure to comply voids any complaint regarding results.
Salvas Aesthetics LLC is not responsible for:
 
  • Undisclosed medical conditions
  • External skincare products
  • Hormonal changes
  • Pregnancy-related pigment changes
  • Reactions outside our control
PACKAGES & REFUND POLICY
 
  • All packages are non-refundable.
  • Packages are non-transferable.
  • Expiration dates apply unless otherwise stated.
  • Unused sessions are forfeited after expiration.
  • No refunds will be issued for partially used packages.
Retail products are final sale unless defective.
 
MINORS POLICY
Clients under 18 must have written parental consent and may be restricted from certain treatments.
